THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE FROM SUREFIRE CSI FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2008 *

* Multible Dealerships owned by one Dealer Principal get a discount on the monthly fees.

  • DIAMOND PROGRAM:  Personal consult with your dealership,implementation of our ten step program for instant results, program set up to make your CSI calls, ongoing support, monitored Dealerpulse site daily.
  • Weekly contact with key dealership staff, and monitoring to insure you are meeting  training requirements and other SFE goals.
  • Requires annual contract. 

The Diamond program is the surest way to meet SFE and CSI success  - Their is a weekly fee and % of all SFE Bonus money earned and paid quarterly. 

  • GOLD:  Personal consult with your dealership, training to use 10 step program for instant results, program set up so dealership can make CSI calls, layout plan so that your dealership and Surefire can monitor all aspects of SFE and CSI.
  • Monthly interaction with key dealership staff.
  • Requires annual contract. 

The Gold program can be a very successful way for your dealership to reach the Bonus Goals but it does require more of a commitment from management staff to monitor.- Their is a weekly fee and % of all SFE Bonus money earned and paid quarterly.

  • SILVER: Personal two to three day consult with your dealership, training in our 10 step program for instant results, program set up to make your CSI calls, layout plan for your dealership to follow to improve CSI.
  • Be available for ongoing consult on a pay per hour basis.
  • All aspects of follow up and implementation are dealership responsibility.

The Silver program can be successful if there is a full commitment and ongoing training from dealership without Surefire's continuous interventions and monitoring.-Their is no weekly fee but a one time fee and % of all SFE Bonus money earned and paid quarterly.

ALL CONTRACTS ARE FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR.
